Booking Ticket
Booking of air ticket is very easy and user friendly in Air India express, you can either book your ticket via internet or by visiting authorized travel agent or nearest help desk. Before booking ticket you can also check the lowest fare from the web as there is a feature of finding lowest fare on the website of the Air India Express. If you are booking your through internet and paying fare via Credit Card then do not forget to carry photo copy of your credit during check in. While booking your ticket you must ensure that you are not allowed to book an open ticket for sector you are travelling as the same is allowed in other airlines, you have to book your confirmed ticket. You can also change your confirmed ticket 12 hours before schedule departure of the flight by paying Rs 450 per sector of travel.
Check-In
It must be noted that web check in facility is not available for Air India Express travelers as in the other airlines, so you must ensure that you reach airport well in time as check in starts 3 hours before flight departs and closes 60 minutes prior to departure of the flight. |
